Our office email has a folder titled "happy mail!" We love it when customers write to let us know about their experience shopping with us. Every one of those emails is printed, posted on the "happy bulletin board," and archived for us to look through when we need a lift.

i had a bit of a mini-crisis earlier in the week, which your company fixed

another company. when i called to check the status of the order, they had
