This scene is from Luffy reminiscing in Volume 60 of the One Piece manga. This is a collaborative cover with ONE PIECE magazine. The title ASL represents the initials of Luffy's sworn brothers: Ace, Sabo, and Luffy. The cover interior contains an exclusive pattern not depicted in the original series. It has "butterfly stopper" pen holders, which also function as a clasp to keep the cover shut.
